Disposable tableware and appropriate condiments are included with your Breakfast service.French Country Kitchen- Almond, Strawberry and Butter croissants, whipped butter, fruit preserves, fresh in-season fruits, coffee, juice.
French Country Kitchen Deluxe- Our fresh hearth baked croissants stuffed with smoked turkey & Gouda, shaved ham & Sweitzer, and dill Havarti & tomato, fresh in-season fruits, coffee and juice.
The Manhattan- Poppy, Onion, Sesame, Plain, Egg, Cinnamon Raisin, and Garlic bagels, Muenster and Swiss cheeses, assorted cream cheeses, coffee and juice.
The Manhattan Deluxe- Poppy, Onion, Sesame, Plain, Egg, Cinnamon raisin, and Garlic bagels, served with Nova Scotia Salmon or homemade Whitefish salad, Muenster and Swiss cheeses, assorted cream cheeses, coffee and juice.
New York Dairy Plate- Biddle Street's Dairy platter offers the best smoked Fish and Sable completely deboned and ready to eat. Our Smoked Salmon (Nova) sliced, assembled, and served with a variety of cream cheeses. Lavish platters of sliced tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, and oranges and hearth baked Bagels.
The Executive- Mini orange muffins filled with thinly sliced Hickory Smoked turkey, mini Blueberry muffins filled with shaved Baked Ham; served with ripe fresh fruit salad.
Continental Breakfasts
All of the following menus are served with coffee and juice.The Continental Choice- Homemade Blueberry, Corn, Apple, Cranberry-Orange, and Bran muffins served with preserves and butter.

Breakfast Sweets with Mini Bagels- The above Sweets served with mini Bagels and assorted cream cheeses.
Country Basket- Served in a delightful basket, an assortment of homemade Muffins, Cheese Herb Biscuits, Buttermilk Biscuits, Rolls, and Sticky Buns; all served with butter and preserves.
Hot Breakfasts
All of the following menus are served with coffee and juice. Fresh Fruit Skewers may be added to any breakfast at an additional cost.Strata King- Layers of Egg, Bacon, Bread, and Cheese baked to a melted perfection and served casserole style.
The Quiche Connection- Individual deep-dish Quiches filled with cheddar & ham; bacon & cheddar; broccoli & mushroom; sausage & apple.
The Dixie- Individual homemade Buttermilk biscuits lavishly piled high with fresh Scrambled Eggs, Country sausage and cheese.
Fruit-Filled Flap jacks- Our French style Pancakes filled with apple and peach fillings, dusted with confectioners sugar.
Tennessee Country Breakfast- Homemade Buttermilk Biscuits topped with our Country Gravy, served with tender links of sausage, cheese grits.
Pigs In A Blanket- The original - Buttermilk pancakes wrapped around plump links of Country sausage; served with hot Vermont syrup, creamy butter.
Denver Skillet- A Midwestern delight! A combination of scrambled eggs, ham, potatoes, peppers, onions, and cheese served piping hot.
