Corporate Ordering:
1. Call to book functions as soon as possible, even if you are not sure of the head count. Book the time so you will have space reserved for you. All orders must be placed a minimum of two working days in advance.
Hot Items require additional notice.2. Corporate Accounts can use our computerized booking system to reserve future dates throughout the year. We will reserve your function, and call you to confirm two weeks before, to review the menu, guest count, and location.
3. A minimum of ten persons is required for most items, except as otherwise indicated.
4. Most food is displayed on buffet-style disposable platters. At special request, we can display items in our own baskets, stainless or silver service, or we can also display on your platters.

In addition to the finest food, Biddle Street offers its clients a full range of other services. We can meet any of your labor needs by providing chefs, bartenders, waiters, wait- resses, clean-up personnel and valet parking attendants.Biddle Street also offers its clients a wide range of fine china as well as an up to date assortment of attractive disposable tableware. An Account Executive is always available to help determine your needs.
