Seafood Dinners
*The Chesapeake - We like to show off our regional catch from Back fin crab cakes, Soft Shell crabs, Oysters on the half shell, to Blue fish grill, choose one or all, served with seasonal Maryland grown vegetables.
* Gulf stream- Broiled jumbo shrimp stuffed with fresh lump crab meat, double-stuffed baked potato, Caesar salad and crisp oyster rolls
* Fresh Catch- Baked or broiled fresh fish choice of preparation and sauce),
Pasta Primavera, steamed broccoli, homemade rolls and butter.* Seafood Imperial- Shrimp, scallops, and lump White fish mounded in an individual shell and crowned with Imperial sauce, baked potato, tossed Garden salad and homemade rolls.
* Crab Cake Dinner- Two Back fin crab cakes served with oven-roasted New potatoes,
a Maryland tomato salad, and homemade rolls and butter.
The price of each Seafood Dinner platters will vary depending on the market price of seafood.
Additional Dinner Favorites
Moroccan Salmon: encrusted with pistachio Station: pistachio encrusted salmon sizzling and served before your eyes off the grill. This delicious salmon is accompanied by hot spinach in a white currant sauce sauteed in olive oil and a Balsamic vinaigrette.
* Chicken Oliva- minimum10 people- Pounded chicken breasts encrusted with garlic and herbs, seasoned with bread crumbs; sauteed in white wine, lemon, and parsley. Chicken Oliva is served w/ tripled reduced white wine and sliced olive sauce.
* Salad Station: Biddle Street features FIVE sensational salads for your guests to enjoy. Salad selections include:
Greek Salad Mescaline Mix w/ a Feta cheese, tomato & cucumber dressing
Wild Strawberry Salad Cold Spinach Salad: mixed with red onions, smoked pastrami bits and garlic croutons
Traditional Caesar Salad Traditional Garden Salad *
Mexican Fajita Bar- minimum 15 people -A touch of Mexico in this hot Fajita Station. A blend of Skirt Steak and Tender Spiced Chicken breast strips served sizzling hot. Include in this dinner bar is our homemade salsa, sour cream, lettuce, shredded cheddar, chopped tomato, ripe olives, guacamole, and warmed tortillas. Add Mexican crisp Chimichangas and outrageous beans and rice or refried beans - a great meal to perk the Office with excitement!
* Baked Potato Bonanza- minimum 15 people For the office, a surprise of make-your-own- delights starting with fresh and tender baked Idaho potatoes, served with HOT Texas chili, pulled bar-b-que chicken, steamed broccoli, cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, sour cream, bacon crumbles, butter, salt and pepper. Included with this meal is a fresh Garden salad, homemade dressing and our delicious Buttermilk biscuits.
* Manhattan Limited Gourmet- minimum 12 people - Offered as our healthful transition to the Year 2000, we have combined the best of fresh char-grilled foods with different taste sensations. This menu includes:
* Grilled boneless chicken breast served on a twist roll
* Fresh silver salmon grill with orange marinade on a button bun
* Peking capon with Hoisin and scallions in a lavash wrapper
* Grilled Portabello mushrooms, Artichoke, Eggplant, onions and other seasonal vegetables,
with Mozzarella prepared in a crisp French baguette* This delightful variety will be presented with cool and crisp Szechuan cabbage,
outrageous pasta salad of pence with Feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, Garden basil,
tossed in a Balsamic vinaigrette.Sample Seated/Served Dinner Menu and Service * Dinner Wine- Selected to compliment your meal - your Account Representative will make suggestions.
* Selection of Entrees- We usually suggest a Dual Entree menu; an example would be:
* Champagne Chicken - Tender flat breast of Chicken crusted on one side and adorned with wild mushrooms, artichoke hearts, and delicate herb studded champagne sauce. and
* Plantain Crusted Salmon: Fresh Canadian Salmon encrusted with crunchy Plantains,basted with a special honey-citrus glaze, bedded on wilted greens.
* Salad Course- A variety of Salad course are available we select a salad course based upon seasonal offerings.
* Gourmet Bread basket: An assortment of our homemade rolls to include: Onion swirl muffins, Olive loaf, French mini baguette, Raisin Walnut loaf, Sun dried Tomato muffins, and braided Knott rolls. Basket is served with a ramekin of butter or margarine.
* Vegetable selections: Seasonal selected to YOUR preference.
* Desserts: Will vary according to your preference. Hundreds of menus selections; prepared by our Pastry Chefs.
