The Uptown Gourmet Buffet: This sandwich buffet is a delicious delight for any occasion! Our sandwich platters consist of assorted homemade sandwiches:
* Lump Chicken Salad on a petite homemade croissant
* White meat Albacore Tuna stuffed in our seeded twist roll
* Roast Turkey breast in French mini baguette
* Steamed corned beef on Rye wedges
* Steamship Roast beef on onion roll
* Smoked turkey and Gouda rolled in our homemade flour tortilla
* Peking Beef rolled in a Lavash wrapper
* Caesar and Pesto salads are included with this selection.
Sample Luncheon Buffet
Buffet menu: Oriental Fruit Slaw, Crab cake, Chesapeake style, Orange Chicken, Grilled Sweet Potato wedges
Beverage Service: Iced Tea, Sparkling waters, sodas, ice and appropriate glassware
Dessert: French miniature pastries
Coffee Service
Designer Linens and table coverings, disposable dinner ware, and wait staff are included with Biddle Street's breakfast service.

Grilled Portabello mushrooms, artichoke, eggplant and onion with low fat mozzarella prepared on crisp French baguette, Szechuan cabbage cut fresh fruit, and a low fat cup cake or strawberry torte.*Turkey Torpedo box
Turkey or smoked turkey breast with lettuce and tomato rolled in a thin floured tortilla, served with Szechuan cabbage, low fat mayonnaise and mustard, whole fruit, low fat cup cake or strawberry torte.
