Savory Italian Sausage and Meatballs Marinara, grilled peppers and onions, and shard of Foccacia bread.
Julienne of London Broil, roasted vegetables, and cranberry relish.
Rich ragout of Portabello mushroom, artichoke hearts, red peppers, and pearl onion.
Tangy Thai Chicken crushed peanuts, slivered snow peas, scallions and crowned with crispy rice noodles.
Julienne of fresh herbal turkey breasts, savory dressing, mushroom gravy, sauerkraut threads and crushed cranberry relish.
Lively Shrimp Scampi with grilled artichoke hearts, Portabello mushrooms, red onion with crumbles of Gorgonzola cheese.
Each garnished with a skewered Martini olive!
