The Menu selections below are just suggestions. Biddle Street is constantly developing new menu items. Please contact one of our Account Executives for more menu ideas. Linen and China service is included with your contract.
Buffet Dinner Menu suggestions
First Course:
* Casaer Salad Course - placed at everyone's seat* Bountiful Bakers bread basket: An assortment of our fresh baked breads; basket is served with a ramekin of butter or margarine.
Buffet Course:
Four Dinner Stations* Grilled Seafood Station- selection to include Grilled Salmon and Swordfish; Chargrilled Vegetable Harvest
* Wild Mushroom Station - Stuffed Portabello Mushrooms, Brie and Mushroom tartlettes and Mushroom Briouche
* Asian Station - Peking Duck, Chinese Chicken Salad, and Szechuan Stir Fry String Beans
* Americana Carving Station - Carved Aged Beef Tenderloin and French Herbal Roasted Turkey Breast served with appropriate condiments, and New Red Garlic Mashed Potatoes
* Desserts: Gourmet Wedding Cake and Biddle Street's Designer Wedding Dessert: a painted plate with Sabayon and fruit sauce featuring your weddin ncake toped with fresh berries and a chocolate dipped strawberry!
* Complete Coffee Service
