With Biddle Street Catering & Events, your event will be first in style and class from start to finish!
SOCIAL CATERING DETAILS
China: Your menu can be served on Biddle Street's elegant china, with our stainless flatware. Glassware will be used for Beverage service as well as China cups and saucers.
Designer Linens: The price per person in your contract includes your choice of any of our solid colored linens. Color choices and designs are dependent upon availability. Some designs are an additional charge. The client will be held responsible for any damages to linens that occurs during their event; billed at replacement cost.
Food Display Florals: Will be seasonal and vary in style.
Wait staff: Billed under personnel fees in contract.
BEVERAGE SERVICE
There are always a variety of ways Biddle Street can provide Beverage Service. The most requested services are:
• Biddle Street provides a complete Open Bar, serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and condiments
OR
• Biddle Street provides all Bar Mixers and non-alcoholic beverages, glassware and condiments, and the Client provides all alcoholic beverages
OR
• The Client provides a complete bar with no assistance from Biddle Street
ADDITIONAL BEVERAGE SERVICES
Picnic Beverage Service: Sodas, Homemade Lemonade, freshly brewed unsweetened ice Tea, fresh sprigs of mint, wedges of lemons, and appropriate condiments. We will also provide appropriate number of beverage servers.

Biddle Street provides Regular, Light Beers and Wine Coolers in addition to aboveCoffee Service: Biddle street will provide complete Coffee and Tea service; including all appropriate condiments.
Children's Beverage Service: Biddle Street will provide non-alcoholic frozen drinks such as Daiquiris and Margaritas; assorted fruit juices, sodas, ice and plastic tumblers
