On Saturday I was fortunate enough to attend Bridal Shower, which you all catered. I have never been to such a lovely shower before. Your Company set up the food beautifully. I loved the special touch of your carved fruits. I especially loved the whitefish salad, one of my favorites, Your servers were very kind, dignified, and attentive to all of the guest. I cannot believe how effortlessly, and efficiently they cleaned up and packed up.They were all great. One of these days, I must find a good excuse for a party, so that I have hire “Biddle Street” to Cater ! I had a great time, in a large part because of you !

Thank you for a wonderful kiddush luncheon. Everyone has been talking about the yummy food and beautiful presention and pleasant and helpful servers. I completely forgot to add gratuities to the check. How can I acknowlege everyone after the fact? Should I write one check to Biddle with a notation of what and who it is for — or individual checks? Either way, remind me of the names of the individuals who help make the morning a success, Pam, you were wonderful to work with — pleasant, patient and so helpful!

I have used Biddle Street for many occasions-happy life cycle events-as well as sad-meals for the shiva of my mother and mother-in-law. Each time my needs were more than met, with wonderful food and service. Even when I did not think about a special need, Biddle Street did!! From set up,inside and out, to thinking about details that made the celebration special, Biddle Street augmented my ideas with great professional touches. That this was accomplished is even more amazing because alot of our planning was done long distance — I live in Denver and all the events were in Mother's home in Pikesville. kudos to all!

I just wanted to tell you how wonderful the Luau was on Saturday. Everyone just loved the event and said what a great job you had done. The only thing that Phyllis and I had to do was talk to our guests. We had a few people from Hopkins there, and they said Biddle Street had always catered their events with the same attention to detail. I can't imagine anyone being more attentive, and managing your people and the presentation of this event. The artistic touches to each of the food tables was beautiful, and the linens that you chose worked so well with the theme.
So, thank you... for a fantastic job. I am sure that Biddle Street knows the value of such a dedicated employee. What more can I say. You and your staff were great.

Well, we just got back from our honeymoon and we are in the process of dishing out thank you notes to our friends and family. However, we could not forget you. You were so incredibly wonderful through not only the planning but also the day of the event. We honestly couldn't have had half the fun we did without your help. I can't count the number of people who told Caity, me, or our families that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. We can't disagree. You are an awesome team! Thank you for your attention to the details and the seamless execution of the continental breakfast, break refreshments and boxed lunches for the Journey to Hope event. Everything went very smoothly! We had a lot of favorable comments about the continental breakfast—especially the fruit kabobs. Also, several people commented that they liked having the cream cheese already spread and the bagel cut in advance. Everything looked beautiful and very inviting, and tasted great too!
Pam, we appreciated your sensitivity to our budget constraints, and really liked your suggestion of doing the snack boxes. It was an appropriate amount of food for an elderly audience, and also very budget friendly. Thanks again for suggesting it.
